Gina's story Gina's Hair Designers is owned by Gina Dasilva, her story is one of passion for beauty and determination to succeed...Gina's dream was always to own a beauty salon, accomplished at the tender age of 24. She started working in salons at the age of 14 and was fascinated by the business, she knew this was the career she wanted! After graduation from Hair and Cosmetology school, she joined the business in Westport that eventually became Gina's Hair Designers. She worked there for 5 years before purchasing the business and renaming it. Her knowledge, personality, professionalism and care for customers and employees resulted in retaining both for over 20 years, virtually unheard of in this business. She has clients today who still sing her praises after 20 years, and would never think of going elsewhere!
